phyCORE-A5D2x System On module is an industrial grade SOM powered by SAMA5D27 MPU, ARM Cortex-A5 Processor @500MHz. It offers 64 MB RAM, 32 NOR Flash.

The SOM also limits design rules of the main application board, reducing overall PCB complexity and cost. PhyCORE-A5D2x-SOM is delivered with a free Linux® distribution and bare metal C examples.

 

PhyCORE-A5D2x-SOM is a compact form-factor multi-layer (6-layer PCB Board) with 35x35mm dimension with 0.8mm Pitch with Edge Castelization/ Edge Plated Holes based on the high-performance SAMA5D2 SIP series ultra-low-power 289 Pin BGA Module.
