In A5D2x board is boot through nor in which pyserial package is not available due to size issue. So you can boot from sdcard in which pyserial package is available . So please follow the below link to download the images https://www.dropbox.com/s/rrjy98hvp7zwolt/pyserial.tar.gz?dl=0
